We are a Medical office and time allocated for an appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please understand that a last minute change of mind prevents us from being able to offer that appointment time to another patient. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. In our desire to be effective and fair to our patients and employees, the following will be honored:
$50 charge when you cancel and/or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment (including prepaid services).
Change of Mind at a scheduled Filler appointment will require a $150 deposit to book future Filler appointments.
$75 charge for a No Show Dysport/Botox appointment and a $150 charge for a No Show filler appointment.
$75 charge for a no show micro-needling appointment.
As a courtesy, our booking system will send you a confirmation text message 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current cell phone number on file to receive confirmation text messages. Please allow enough travel time to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and visit our Directions page to help you find our new office location.
Minimums required per appointment: 75 units for Dysport, 30 units and 30 units for Botox appointments. ONE valid Aspire rebate per patient, per day, per special (Aspire rebates DO NOT apply toward EZText Eligibility). ONE $15 EZText subscription promo per patient, per day (minimum $200 purchase on procedures to be eligible).
